Roe-sîqê Bî (/ˈroe/ /ˈsɪqɘ/ [permanent] [spirit; soul; empathy; essence]) is a temperate Large Town located in the Tëomjinèna Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Roe-sîqê Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Roe-sîqê Bî was founded by Zënm Tsîgesêg̈, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Roe-sîqê Bî has a yearly average temperature of 22°C (71°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 16°C (60°F). Roe-sîqê Bî receives an average of 246 cm/y (96 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Roe-sîqê Bî covers an area of nearly 6 km² (2 mi²), and an average elevation of 1498 m (4914 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Roe-sîqê Bî was founded durring the late 13th century in fall of the year 1183, by Zënm Tsîgesêg̈. The establishment of Roe-sîqê Bî was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Roe-sîqê Bî's construction back out of the project. Zënm Tsîgesêg̈ pushed on reguardles, and Roe-sîqê Bî was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Roe-sîqê Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Roe-sîqê Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Roe-sîqê Bî is buildings are located arround a single narrow packed earth mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Roe-sîqê Bî's somewhat suffishent are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.

Before you’ve even set foot into the heart of Roe-sîqê Bî, you can smell it. The incense. It hangs about the town like a cloud. Monks, priests, and clerics are everywhere, all dedicated to the same god, all preforming the same rituals to bless and anoint building,s streets, people, animals, you name it they are or have blessed it. The same holysymbols is everywhere too. Its on buildings, on people, and even branded into livestock. This town certainly loves its god.

Civic Infrastructure

Roe-sîqê Bî possesses a city-wide Aethary Link which provides Aethary access anywhere within its metropolitan. This allows citizens who can afford the relevant devices access in their places of work, and rarely homes.

Roe-sîqê Bî has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Roe-sîqê Bî. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Roe-sîqê Bî's parks.

Roe-sîqê Bî has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Roe-sîqê Bî.

Roe-sîqê Bî has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Roe-sîqê Bî's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.

Roe-sîqê Bî possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.

Roe-sîqê Bî has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Roe-sîqê Bî's natural decorations nor waterways.

Roe-sîqê Bî has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Roe-sîqê Bî's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls. This design ethos extended to re-imagining earlier styles of structure to create them anew, with a similar overall look and feel to one another..
